We recently bought a hybrid log home. At the time the property inspection reported the home was in generally good condition, but we recognised that a few areas needed attention. We contacted Tall Timber on the recommendation of several people. The service they provided was exemplary. They were polite and helpful at all times. They did the work as agreed but also went beyond that to do some other things that were really helpful. They tidied up after the work immaculately, even washing the windows and putting the furniture back on the deck. The level of service and courtesy was such that even my neighbours said what a pleasure it had been having them on site. The cabin is now back to new condition and I look forward to having Randy and Chris help with any needed maintenance going forward.
